1. Head of Technical Support
Requirements :
- 6+ years software development or software technical support experience, familiar with some programming language such as Java/Golang/NodeJS or other backend stack, Mobile Development stack, Database Technology, SDK development, Network knowledge such as TCP/IP/HTTP(S)/VPN MPLS, DNS Routing , Information Security Best Practices, etc.
- Familiar with IT Operation framework such as ITIL v3
- Clear mind and good problem analysis skills
- Great communication skill in English , both speaking and writing
- Team work and customer focus spirit
- Responsible and is able to coordinate resource across departments to resolve urgent issue under pressure
- Frequent Travel to overseas is required
- Ability to work under pressure and take the 7*24 emergency on-call;
2. Project Manager
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in any major that able to manage stakeholder to balance schedules, interests, timelines, and expectations.
- At least 2 to 6 years experience in managing Software Development Project
- Technical skills and knowledge (MS Project, JIRA, Harvest Forecast or any business process/projects management tools)
- Familiar with Agile / SCRUM methodology is highly preferred
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills (both Indonesia and English)
- Interest and passion in digital technology especially in Finance / Fintech industry
3. Software Development Engineer in Test (Back-End)
Requirements :
- Experience working with automation frameworks
- Strong preference for proficiency in JAVA
- Demonstrate experience writing formal test scripts.
- Experience in organizing testing.
- Experience mentoring junior tester.
- Have the passion and dedication to write highly reliable code
- Team player – you love to teach others about cool new tricks you learned and absorb tips and tricks from developers; love solving problems as a team across platforms
4. Software Development Engineer in Test (Risk)
Requirements :
- Team player, analytical thinking, open-minded, eager to learn, love to work in fast-paced energetic env.
- Information System/computer science information Technology background
- Has to experience in QA/SDET field, and JAVA is a plus
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
