Wings Group Indonesia saat ini sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk sejumlah posisi antara lain R&D Packaging Development Supervisor, Project Engineering Planner, Lab Technician, Utility Maintenance Staff, dan WWTP (Waste Water Treatment Plant) Staff. 1. R&D Packaging Development Supervisor
Qualification :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, and other related major.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this postion.
• Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Packaging Development in FMCG, packaging/rotogravure/carton corrugated/plastics company.
• Have experience in production trials and process improvement within primary and secondary packaging.
• Placement in Karawang, 6 working days.

Job Description :

• Responsible for all packaging development projects in accordance with applicable procedures.
• Monitoring Trial in production machines & Inspection Lab Packaging.
• Perform Packaging Research for cost efficiency & production effectiveness.

2. Project Engineering Planner
Qualification :

• Candidate must own at least Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering with minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a scale of 4.00).
• Minimal 1 year(s) of experienced in Project management (planning, scheduling, costing) technical works.
• Experienced in using project management application or computerized maintenance (SAP).
• Strong Communication, Analytical, and Managerial Skills.

Job Description :

• Planning project work in engineering.
• Performing costing estimation in resource usage (manning and material).
• Evaluating and reviewing project in engineering.

3. Lab Technician
Qualification :

• Candidates must possess at least Diploma in Chemistry Analytical or equivalent.
• Fresh graduate are welcome or 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s) : HPLC, Instrument Calibration.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Chemistry or equivalent.

Job Description :

• Responsible for sample analysis.
• Perform testing with the HPLC instrument.
• Responsible for product stability analysis.
• Perform calibration and verification of R&D instruments according to the specified schedule.

4. Utility Maintenance Staff
Qualification :

• Candidate must own at least Diploma's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electro, Environmental) or equivalent.
• Having good knowledge and experience in the operation and maintenance of vacuum, compressor and chiller machines.
• Experienced in boiler operational capability and waste water treatment is preferred.
• 6 Working days with 3 shifts.

Job Description :

• Operate the vacuum machine, compressor with air dryer, and chiller.
• Perform Preventive Maintenance to achieve utility zero breakdown time.
• Monitor operation of boiler and WWTP.

5. WWTP (Waste Water Treatment Plant) Staff
Qualification:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma's Degree in Engieering in Environmental/Health/Safety, Chemical or equivalent.
• Required Skill(s) : WWTP, WTP, IPAL, Epanet.
• Ready to work under 3 shifts with weekly rotation.

Job Description :

• Controlling clean water supply, also analyze WTP and WWTP performance report.
• Develop idea of continuous improvement in the field of work.
• Analyze advanced troubleshooting of operational abnormalities.
