Lokernas.com - Stockbit group memiliki misi untuk membantu masyarakat Indonesia untuk dapat mencapai tujuan-tujuan keuangannya dengan menyediakan platform pengelolaan keuangan dan investasi. Saat ini terdapat dua aplikasi yang tersedia yaitu Stockbit dan Bibit. 

Stockbit dulu dikenal sebagai media untuk berdiskusi, menganalisa dan berinvestasi saham di Indonesia. Namun saat ini telah tumbuh sebagai salah satu platform untuk berinvestasi saham dengan menggandeng Mahakarya Artha Sekuritas. Sedangkan Bibit dikenal sebagai aplikasi untuk berinvestasi reksdana dengan fitur-fitur menarik seperti robo advisor, financial goals dan nabung rutin.Kedua aplikasi ini dapat ditemukan di play store dan app store.

Stockbit dan Bibit  saat ini membuka lowongan kerja untuk sejumlah posisi mulai dari Tax Specialist, Senior Finance Operations Specialist, Tax Manager sampai dengan UX Writer. Selain posisi tersebut, terdapat juga banyak posisi yang bisa pelamar pilih sesuai dengan kualifikasi yang dipersyaratkan. Untuk informasi selengkapnya, simak dibawah ini.

1. Tax Specialist
Responsibilities

• Prepare tax payments
• Estimate and track tax returns
• Complete quarterly and annual tax reports
• Organize and update the company’s tax database
• Recommend tax strategies that align with business goals
• Prepare necessary paperwork for tax payments and returns
• Share financial data with the accounting department
• Identify tax savings and suggest ways to increase profits
• Follow industry trends and track changes related to taxes
• Liaise with internal and external auditors
• Forecast tax predictions to senior managers

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Tax Accountant, Tax Analyst or Tax Preparer
• Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
• Familiarity with accounting software packages
• Computer literacy (MS Excel in particular)
• Excellent analytical and time management skills
• Strong numeracy skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant subject; industry certification (e.g. CMA or CPA) is preferred

2. Senior Finance Operations Specialist
Requirements

• Proven work experience in reconciliation settlement transaction
• Background from Investment / Asset Management is an advantage
• BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
• Excellent analytical skills
• Ability to present financial data using detailed reports and charts
• Confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information
• Demonstrable strategic thinking skills

3. Tax Manager
Responsibilities

• Deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within timeframe
• Build relationships and interact with clients to provide excellent planning, consulting and expertise
• Provide innovative tax planning and review complex income tax returns
• Identify and mitigate tax risks
• Coordinate accounting staff and assess their performance
• Manage tax provision and tax compliance process
• Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices
• Manage and coordinate tax audits
• Maintain tax balances on general ledger
• Prepare all tax papers in regular basis and handle all information data requests

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Tax Manager
• Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance and all types of tax returns
• Knowledge of tax software and MS Office
• Good at meeting deadlines and solving problems
• Exceptional client service along with the ability to develop excellent client relationships
• Strong leadership and personnel management skills
• Analytical skills with detail orientation

4. UX Writer
Description

• Use writing and editing skills to write user interface text that facilitates user navigation, as well on-boarding, promos, error messages, instructional materials, and other components of the end-to-end user experience.
• Drive vision for product language and content across a product or subject-matter domain, and ensure cohesive product narratives. Document your strategies with guidelines, and establish best practices and strategy principles.
• Manage projects from needs assessment to implementation; identify opportunities, establish priorities, secure resources, and manage stakeholders.
• Apply and flesh out our branding, style, and tone of voice
• Craft unbiased user testing scripts

Requirements

• Experience specifically in the area of UX writing (including for the web or apps), with a portfolio of successful projects with data on their outcomes
• Knowledge of user and AB testing best practices
• Strong understanding of the strengths and shortcomings of different communication styles, including when and how to apply them during the product development process.
• Great communication and presentation skills with the ability to lead, collaborate and influence engineering, design, and product management teams.
