Dikutip dari www.hpm.co.id/career pada hari Sabtu (15/02) diinformasikan mengenai lowongan kerja dari PT Honda Prospect Motor.  Lowongan ini terbuka bagi pelamar dengan kualifikasi pendidikan SMA/SMK dan D4/S1. 

Untuk kualifikasi pendidikan SMK-SMA Sederajat, posisi yang dibuka adalah Operator. Untuk kualifikasi pendidikan D4/S1, posisi yang dibuka diantaranya Production Staff, Internal Audit Staff, Parts Strategy Planning Staff, dan Service Field Operation Staff. 1. OPERATOR (SMK-SMA SEDERAJAT)
Deadline : 30 Januari 2022
Lokasi : Karawang

Kualifikasi Umum :

• Tinggi Badan:
• Admin, operator perawatan mesin dan peralatan serta operator produksi: TB min. 166 cm; BB ideal
• Pengemudi mobil dan forklift: TB 160 cm; BB ideal
• Pendidikan SMK/SMA Sederajat
• Tidak memiliki gangguan penglihatan
• Nilai rata-rata rapor 7
• Sehat jasmani dan rohani
• Jujur dan disiplin
• Bersedia bekerja di Karawang
• Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift

Kualifikasi Khusus:

• Admin: mahir mengoperasikan komputer terutama Ms. Excel
• Pengemudi mobil: mampu mengemudikan mobil manual dan matic serta memiliki SIM A
• Operator forklift: mampu mengemudikan forklift dan memiliki SIO
• Operator perawatan mesin dan peralatan: mahir dalam hal kelistrikan

• Pasfoto terbaru (penampilan rapi dan sopan)
• Scan KTP

2. STAF LEVEL (D4/S1)

Lokasi : Sunter/Karawang

1. Production Staff
Ensure the production process runs on target, analyze, and make continuous improvements in the working system, oversee 5S and OHS implementation in the production line according to safety regulations, manage human resources in the production area.
Major:

• Bachelor of Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Metallurgy Engineering, Chemical Engineering
• Willing to work under shifting hours
• Willing to be placed at Karawang, West Java

2. Internal Audit Staff
Perform the financial audit process internally and make sure everything complies with regulations, compile and implement the annual internal audit plan, prepare, and present audit reports and document process.
Major:

• Bachelor of Accounting, specialization in Auditing
• Willing to be placed at Sunter, North Jakarta

3. Parts Strategy Planning Staff
Make sales planning of Honda auto parts, analyze existing and new strategic opportunities to increase sales by conducting market surveys, analyze parts from competitors.
Major:

• Bachelor of Industrial Engineering and Marketing Management
• Willing to be placed at Sunter, North Jakarta

4. Service Field Operation Staff
Control the dealers' after-sales service operations by reviewing the dealer performance periodically, conduct training for the dealers, analyze and create strategies tailored for each dealers' need and standardization to improve dealer performance according to the company's strategy.
Major:

• Bachelor of Industrial Engineering
• Willing to be placed at Sunter, North Jakarta

As a staff, your role is to be a system analyst to improve work processes, manage working time and resources effectively, identify potential problems and find solutions, and improve self-competence.

Here are the general qualifications:

• Minimum GPA of 3.0 (scale 4.0)
• Attention to detail
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical thinking
• Have an interest in the automotive field (automobile)
• Discipline, firm and have a strong leadership
• Proficient in English (both oral & written)
• Must have valid TOEFL certification with a minimum score of 400
• Proficient in Ms. Office
• COVID 19 vaccine certificate (complete dose)
• Certificate of Good Conduct: Indonesian Police Certificates (SKCK)
• Understand about ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001
