2.IT Core Banking System

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge and skills in RPG (RPG IV, ILE RPG), CL, and the AS400/IBM iSeries environment.
- Strong understanding of banking modules, including at least: CASA, GL & accounting, credit, collateral, billing, and payments.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in AS/400 Core Banking platforms such as Finastra Equation, Silverlake SIBS, Sigma AlphaBits, and similar.
- Experienced in API Development: RESTful/SOAP APIs, microservices, and middleware integration.

- Developing and Maintaining Core Banking Systems - Designing, implementing, and improving banking applications, ensuring system stability and scalability.
- API Integration and Development - Developing and integrating APIs for seamless communication between banking platforms, third-party systems, and digital channels.
- Customization and Enhancement - Tailoring core banking software to meet business needs and regulatory requirements.
- Collaboration and Support - Collaborating with Business Analysts, IT teams, and business users to understand needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Security and Compliance - Ensuring banking systems comply with security policies, data protection regulations, and industry standards.
- Testing and Documentation - Conducting system testing, writing technical documentation, and providing user support when needed.
3.Senior Relationship Manager

- Minimum education requirement: Bachelor's degree (S1).
- Having experience within marketing area in Banking Industry for corporate/commercial lending more than 5 years.
- Business target oriented and having wide networking.
- Good knowledge regarding Banking Business and Credit.
- Good comprehension in analyzing financial reports, understand about banking law and good negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English (speaking & writing).
- Good communication & highly motivated.
Job Description:
- Executing marketing plan and initiatives to assigned existing/prospective customers.
- Building and maintaining profitable relationship with existing/prospective customers.
- Capable in handling for bilateral lending, credit syndication, to make and review proposal and coordinate the project.
- Capable of reaching the target of credit growth, creating strategy of the managed loan portfolio, and other business.
- Monitor the development of customers/debtors business.
- Deep analysis of financial statements, especially related to corporate and / or loans within the scope in the field of manufacturing, business services (consulting services, accounting firms, lawyers, etc.), project finance, construction and property, financial institutions and insurance.
