Responsibilities
- Maintain strong relationship with external stakeholders, including customers and airport stakeholders
- Reply emails from customer and other correspondence
- Ensure the completeness of the full charter operations process from quotation/contract, actual handling, actual billing, until payment verification
- Ensure all required services are delivered accurately by operations department
- Work closely with the Station / Operational Manager in managing operational constraints that may hinder aircraft operations
- Liaise with Flight Coordinators regarding charter operations
Requirements
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Bachelor's degree from any discipline with minimum 2-3 years experience in general aviation industry / charter business
- Strong comprehension in ground handling operations and/or IATA SGHA will be a plus point
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership, able to lead and manage while working cross-functional
- Good customer orientation, excellent facilitator and a 'can-do' attitude
- Strong trend market and product knowledge with the ability to analyze
- Willing to work at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport
