- Drive and optimize production line readiness and availability for Kosher manufacturing.
- Champion and evaluate the implementation of the internal Food Safety Culture.
- Handle statutory, environmental, and industrial compliance (UKL/UPL, industrial business licensing, domestic investment permits, and local domicile permits).
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Management Systems within the manufacturing or food industry.

7.Channel & Customer Development Specialist

- Develop promotion strategies with clear objectives to increase sales and achieve targets in line with defined KPIs.
- Create channel development programs in collaboration with Brand teams, including Distribution Drive (MSL), Product Visibility, Push Activities, and Trade Offer Programs.
- Review trade activity programs to evaluate effectiveness and recommend mechanism adjustments to improve results.
- Monitor and control trade activity budgets, covering Trade Offers, Consumer Promotions, Visibility, and Listing fees.
