Responsibile for forecasting, scheduling, and controlling over procurement, manufacturing, inventory, and distribution of product. SCM is also responsible for sourcing and supplier collaboration, big data management, customer solution, both upstream (supplier and manufacturing) and downstream (market) quality.

7.DISTRIBUTION (ALL MAJOR)

Ensure the operational system allign with company's standard and make distribution system, make relation with store, and ensure the streamline of supply chain.

Create market and make sure the avilability of product to be more accessible for consumers based on effective marketing and sustainable sales
