  • Have combination of experience in PSC at the minimum 4 years
  • Experience minimum 2 years in drilling & workover operations or related services supporting Drilling & Completions
  • Minimum bachelor’s Degree with GPA: 2.75 in Petroleum engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering
  • Experience as Drilling/Well Site Manager will be an advantage

6. HES ENGINEER - SPECIALIST

Job requirements :
  • Minimum 4 years working experience within Oil and Gas Industry with HES related roles and responsibility, or more than 7 years working experience in HES roles within other industries
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree with GPA: 2.75 in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, Environmental, Environmental Management or other related major. S2 will be preferable
  • Knowledgeable about environmental management, AMDAL, RKL/RPL, environmental laws and regulations, and other environmental related issues
  • Experiences on developing/revising AMDAL Studies and familiar with implementing Environmental Permit RKL/RPL.
  • Experiences on developing Environmental Air Emission Calculation, GHG Calculation, LDAR, and familiar on updating Air Emission Inventory
  • Excellent in communication and interpersonal skill

  • Minimum 4 years working experience within Oil and Gas Industry with HES related roles and responsibility, or more than 7 years working experience in HES roles within other industries
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree with GPA: 2.75 for  Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, Environmental, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and minimum IPK 3.0 for other Major : Occupational Health and Safety is preferable. Other Engineering Major Magister Degree (S2) will be preferable
  • Knowledgeable about safety management system, Incident Investigation and Reporting, Safe Work Practices, Motor Vehicle Safety, environmental management, and other HES related issues. Experienced in delivering trainings and coaching
  • Experience in D&C is preferable
  • Excellent in communication and interpersonal skill

  • Minimum experience as Mechanical/Process Engineer 4 years  or more of relevant experiences especially in oil and gas.
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree with GPA: 2.75 for Marine Engineering.
  • Has basic Marine Engineering Principles and Techniques for Surface Equipment Oil & Gas or Marine.
  • Familiar in using Pipe phase, Hysis, Management of Change, Engineering Standard and Codes such as: API, ASME, ASTM, etc.
  • Able to understand technical documents, such as Piping isometric drawings, PFD, PI&D, equipment datasheet, etc. Able to work efficiently and effectively in team, comfortable with tight deadlines and naturally is a self-starter.

  • Technical background in electrical power system.
  • Knowledgeable of design, construction and commissioning of electrical power system.

  • Good planning/scheduling in monitoring mechanical equipment maintenance activities(such as surface pump, pumping unit etc.)
  • Having good data analysis and problem solving of maintenance issues. Good understanding of quality control to ensure repair activities at shop

  • Accepts accountability and drives OE (or business) performance results
  • Demonstrated experience in onshore/offshore field operations, maintenance, construction, and/or HES is required
  • Demonstrated technical depth and field experience with Contractor Safety, Permit to Work, Managing Safe Work, Motor Vehicle Safety, Process Safety, Incident Investigation, CHESM, and Compliance Assurance is highly desired
