1. Business Innovation Staff
Collect and analyze data, make improvements and strategies to improve business operation performance, also maintain a good relationship between the company and dealers.

2. Logistic Staff
Coordinate and monitor internal and external administrative activities to ensure the process of delivering the vehicle to the dealer go as planned, as well as receiving orders for export units and coordinating with related departments.

3. Dealer Development Staff
Identify potential markets for dealer network development in Indonesia, analyze new dealer proposals, assist dealers in constructing new buildings or renovating buildings according to the standards and specifications of PT Honda Prospect Motor, and prepare cooperation agreements.

4. Programmer
Create, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot software and application to support company activities.

5. Purchasing Strategy Staff
Coordinate with relevant departments and local suppliers for new model development, check, analyze and make improvements related to quality problems, ensure the quality consistency of local suppliers during mass production according to standards so that new model events run on schedule.

• Bachelor of Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Metallurgy Engineering.

6. Quality Control Staff
Ensure the overall quality of the product on the production line, and conduct product analysis of problems that occur in the market for further corrective action to meet the quality standards.
Major:

• Bachelor of Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Metallurgy Engineering, and Chemical Engineering
• Work under shifting hours
• Placement in Karawang, West Java

As a staff, your role is to be a system analyst to improve work processes, manage working time and resources effectively, identify potential problems and find solutions, and improve self-competence.

Here are the general qualifications:

• Minimum GPA of 3.0 (scale 4.0)
