Positions : Cadet Agronomy, Cadet Mill, Cadet Administration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Technology, Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial), Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates or maximum 1 year of working experience.
- Willing to be placed at estates or mills across company unit operations.
- Willing to undergo a 1-year Training Program at Minamas Training Center.
- Strong learning attitude, good communication, and teamwork skills.
- Physically and mentally fit.
- English proficiency is an advantage.
Selection Process: Feb- Mar 2026
Positions: Assistant Agronomy, Assistant Mill, Kasi Administration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in agriculture, Agricultural Technology, Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial), Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
- Has 4 years of experience working as an Assistant in Agronomy, Mill, or Administration in the Oil Palm Industry.
- Willing to be placed at operational sites (estates or mills) across company unit operations.
- Willing to undergo a 1-month onboarding program at our Training Center (Start from April 1st, 2026).
- Strong communication, leadership potential, and eagerness to learn.
- Physically and mentally fit.
- English proficiency is an advantage.
Selection Process: Jan- Feb 2026
Cadet ProHire Program - Agronomy
- Supervise Estate Division operations based on approved plans and budgets.
- Plan and monitor agricultural activities from planting to harvesting.
- Coordinate crop transport to mills and maintain operational records.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on Estate Division activities.
- Ensure safety, compliance with RSPO/ISPO, and effective field execution.
Cadet ProHire Program - Mill
- Supervise daily operations of the mill to ensure smooth and efficient processing of FFB into CPO.
- Manage shift schedules, manpower, and ensure team.
- Monitor equipment performance and report any issues promptly.
- Ensure production meets yield and quality targets with minimal losses.
- Enforce safety procedures and environmental compliance (RSPO/ISPO).
- Prepare accurate daily and monthly production reports.
Cadet ProHire Program - Administration
- Coordinate administrative functions at the estate/mill, including HR, finance, and general services.
- Manage attendance, and employee records.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and petty cash.
- Maintain organized documentation and filing systems.
- Support reporting activities and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Ensure effective administrative support for daily estate/mill operations.
