1.Business Consultant

  • Develop networks and create channels to discover business opportunities in target markets
  • Oversee end- to- end sales process, which includes prospecting, identifying customer needs, negotiating prices, and managing post- sales activities
  • Preserve relationships with current customers and actively generate demand for our products

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (S1/D4) from all major, preferably from engineering related major
  • Minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale) from a reputable university
  • Strong interest in sales and marketing activities
  • Possess solid analytical, interpersonal, customer-centric skills, teamwork aptitude, and thrive in fast-paced environments
  • Eagerness to explore and gain knowledge about heavy equipment products
  • Sales/entrepreneurship experience is a plus
  • Mandarine language proficiency is a plus
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written
  • Willing to be placed in all PT Traktor Nusantara branches


2.Product Management Staff
As a Product Management Staff, you will be responsible for creating and executing a marketing strategy. This includes managing and overseeing product profitability, enhancing the market share of a product, compiling a comprehensive price list, and developing a pricing policy that is customized for each customer.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree (S1) from Management, Marketing, Engineering, and other related major.
  • Minimum GPA 3.00 from reputable university.
  • Interested in strategic marketing activities.
  • Relevant experience in strategic marketing and supply chain activities is a plus.
  • Strong analytical thinking, interpersonal skills, and drive. Able to work in a team and work under tight deadlines.
  • Computer literacy is a must.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.


3.Human Capital System Development & Improvement Staff
Responsible for developing and optimizing the Human Capital Information System (HCIS), managing employee data and payroll processes, and enhancing business efficiency through digital and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (S1/D4) from Information System Major and other related major
  • Minimum GPA of 3.00 from a reputable university
  • Detail & data oriented
  • Possess solid analytical, interpersonal, technological skills, teamwork aptitude, and thrive in fast-paced environments
  • Computer literacy is a must
  • Experience in managing HCIS is a plus
  • Proficient in English


4.Parts & Service Sales

  • Identify potential clients, build networks, develop and firmly establish various channels necessary to reach the target market segments
  • Responsible for providing superior personal and professional solutions to our clients
  • Sells our spare parts product & services as a Sales Engineer and managing after sales activities

Requirements

  • Associate degree (D3) from all Engineering or similar major
  • Minimum GPA 3.00 from reputable university
  • Eager to explore and gain knowledge about heavy equipment parts
  • Possess solid analytical, interpersonal, customer-centric skills, teamwork aptitudes, and thrive in fast-paced environments
  • Sales/entrepreneurship & organization experience is a plus
  • Computer literacy is a must
  • Strong interest in Sales Activities
  • Willing to be placed in all PT. Traktor Nusantara Branch, AHEMCE Group, and Astra


5.Supply Chain Management (Parts Logistic)
Selecting the mode of delivery for parts between branches according to weight restrictions, selecting and determining expedition vendors, selecting and recommending logistics and warehouse equipment suppliers, evaluating and reviewing vendors/suppliers, expeditions, and forwarders based on the performance data of each vendor.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree (S1) from Related Engineering Major
  • Minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale) from a reputable university.
  • Able to work both in a team and independently
  • Relevant experience in strategic marketing and supply chain activities is a plus.
  • Strong data analysis skills & excellent communication skills
  • Sufficient knowledge of Supply Chain Management
  • Fluent in English both oral and written
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Internet, SAP)


6.Japanese Key Account
Responsible for managing Japan Company customers in Indonesia by maintaining relationships, identifying business opportunities, handling complaints and negotiations, conducting market surveys, and expanding customer coverage to boost sales and market share.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (S1/D4) in Japanese Literature, International Business, Management, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant majors.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale) from a reputable university
  • Strong interest in sales, customer relations, and working with Japanese companies
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with eagerness to learn how to build professional relationships.
  • Basic analytical thinking and willingness to explore market information.
  • Experience in Japanese-related activities (e.g., student exchange, competition, organization) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Japanese language (minimum JLPT N3 preferred) and English, both spoken and written.


7.Accounting Staff
Responsible for supporting accounting and tax activities by assisting in the preparation and monitoring of monthly, yearly, and mid-term plan, as well as helping to monitor and analyze accounting activities in both the head office and branch offices.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Management, or related field
  • Minimum GPA 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale) from a reputable university.
  • Interested to work with and analyze accounting-related data
  • Good understanding of accounting principles with strong analytical, detail oriented, good communication, and teamwork skills
  • Experience in Accounting or internship is a plus
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written


8.Finance Staff
Responsible for managing all aspects of invoice, credit, and collection processes, including administering customer credit limits, ensuring timely invoice distribution, conducting customer receivable collection, reviewing AR with operations, preparing monthly cash- in reports, and recording incoming payments in accordance with company procedures to support smooth operations and business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (S1/D4) in Accounting, Finance, Management or other related majors
  • Minimum GPA 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale) from a reputable university
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy in handling financial data, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Good analytical and numerical skills
  • High sense of responsibility, integrity, and commitment to procedures- Experience in Finance or internship is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written


9.IT Application Development Staff

  • Oversee the development, enhancement, and resolution of issues related to both the front- end and back- end of non- SAP applications to efficiently support business operations.
  • Create new applications, implement changes, resolve bugs, and addressing system issues.
  • Provide technical guidance and ensure solutions align with user needs and organizational goals, maintaining system efficiency and reliability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (S1/D4) in Information System, Information Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Management
  • Minimum GPA of 3.00 from a reputable university
  • Proficient in using C#, JavaScript, and ASP .Net, along with integrating REST APIs
  • Exhibits proactivity and innovation in developing solutions
  • Demonstrates a good communication skills, able to work in a team and work under tight schedules
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written


10.Legal Staff (Litigation)
Responsible for providing comprehensive legal support for Traknus Group through legal research, drafting and reviewing agreements, and ensuring compliance with company interests. This role also manages legal issues and litigation processes to prevent business disruptions, represent the company in legal matters, and ensure proper handling of disputes in accordance with applicable laws.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from Law Major
  • Minimum GPA of 3.00 from a reputable university
  • Exhibit a profound understanding of legal matters, showcase exceptional interpersonal skills, and demonstrate a high level of integrity
  • Interest in Legal & Litigation activities
  • PERADI Certification, practical experience in court, and other Legal-related experience is a plus
  • Proficient in using computers (Microsoft Office, Internet literacy)
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
