Central Project Management Unit (CPMU)

1. ENVIRONMENTAL SAFEGUARD CONSULTANT (1 Position)

Master's Degree (S2) in Environmental Science, Environmental Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 (seven) years of professional experience in environmental and social impact assessment, including implementation of Environmental and Social Framework (ESF), AMDAL, ESIA, or similar safeguards frameworks.
Minimum of 5 (five) years of experience working with government institutions in projects financed by Multilateral Development Banks (MDBs) or Development Partners.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian environmental legislation, environmental protection regulations, and related sector policies.
Proven experience in providing technical assistance, capacity building, and conducting supervision, monitoring, and evaluation of program implementation.
Experience working on World Bank, ADB, AIIB, IsDB, USAID, or other donor-funded projects is highly desirable.
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Indonesia Public Laboratory System Strengthening (PMU InPULS) Project

2. PROCUREMENT CONSULTANT (1 Position)

Master's Degree (S2) in Supply Chain Management, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional certification in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or Public Procurement is an advantage.
Minimum of 7 (seven) years of experience in procurement of consulting services, goods, and works.
Minimum of 5 (five) years of experience in Government of Indonesia procurement procedures (Perpres PBJ) and/or international procurement regulations (World Bank, ADB, AIIB, IsDB, or other Development Partners).
Proven experience in managing procurement processes, contract administration, bid evaluation, and procurement monitoring.
Experience in healthcare sector projects is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office applications.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and under pressure.

Indonesia Public Laboratory System Strengthening (PMU InPULS) Project

3. CONTRACT MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT (1 Position)

Master's Degree (S2) in Business Administration, Law, Contract Management, or a related field.
Professional certification in Procurement and/or Contract Management is an advantage.
Minimum of 5 (five) years of experience in contract management, preferably within international development projects.
Proven experience in managing international procurement processes, contract administration, and contract compliance.
Experience working on foreign loan, grant, or donor-funded projects (World Bank, ADB, AIIB, IsDB, USAID, etc.) is highly desirable.
Knowledge of Government of Indonesia procedures and project implementation arrangements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple contracts and stakeholders effectively.
Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office applications.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and under pressure.
