Lokernas.com - Informasi lowongan kerja terbaru kali ini berusmber dari Genomik Solidaritas Indonesia (GSI-Lab). Pada kesempatan kali ini GSI-Lab membuka lowongan kerja untuk beberapa posisi antara lain Lab Technician, Lab Coordinator, Laboratory Director Assistant, Scientific Director Assistant, Logistic Assistant, Coordinator of Reporting, Lab Technician of Reporting, Procurement Assistant, Human Resource Assistant, Head of Lab Operation Assistant, Sample Receptionist, dan Nurse.

GSI Lab adalah gerakan solidaritas dan kolaborasi bersama yang diinisiasi oleh Indika Foundation dalam rangka membantu Pemerintah Indonesia, khususnya Gugus Tugas Percepatan Penanganan COVID-19. Gerakan ini melahirkan sebuah inisiatif untuk membangun sebuah laboratorium untuk pengetesan COVID-19. Tujuannya adalah untuk meningkatkan kapasitas tes PCR secara nasional dan masif. Melalui GSI Lab, kami ingin menunjukkan rasa solidaritas dan semangat gotong-royong anak bangsa, sambil terus berusaha untuk menginspirasi bahkan mengajak seluruh elemen bangsa untuk berpartisipasi mendukung gerakan ini.

Lowongan Kerja Genomik Solidaritas Indonesia (GSI-Lab)



1.Lab Technician
Qualification :

  • Is able to work shifts and overtime.
  • Have good communication skills and team spirit.
  • Can follow rules and regulations of the biological library and accept the arrangement by superiors.
  • Can work under extreme pressure.
  • Experience in sample management, nucleus acid preparation and other related laboratory experiments is preferred.
  • Experience in CAP or ISO15189 certified laboratory is preferred.
  • Experience in automated workstation system and QPCR machine is preferred.
  • Qualified clinical medical laboratory technician is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in biomedicine, biotechnology, bioengineering and other related majors is preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of laboratory technician experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Preferably having STR - ATLM Certification (Surat Tanda Registrasi - Ahli Teknologi Lab Medis).
  • Willing to undergo the hiring and onboarding process during Eid al-Fitr period.
  • Can start working immediately.


2.Lab Coordinator
Qualification:

  • Master’s degree or above in biomedicine, biotechnology, bioengineering and other related majors.
  • Minimum 5 years of laboratory technician experience.
  • More than 3 years experience in PCR and other related laboratory testing management.
  • Can serve as a trainer in the training system, produce courseware, train and evaluate Lab technicians.
  • Familiar with relevant laboratory skills, understand relevant laws and regulations of the laboratory and quality management standards.
  • Good planning, organizing, learning and communication skills are needed.
  • Experience in CAP or ISO15189 certified laboratory is needed.
  • Experience in PCR workflow, with PCR certificate is needed.
  • Willing to undergo the hiring and onboarding process during Eid al-Fitr period.
  • Can start working immediately.


3.Laboratory Director Assistant
Qualification:

  • Postgraduate qualifications in public health or related discipline (pref. Master Degree).
  • Experience working in epidemiology research is desirable and demonstrated experience in quantitative data analysis, including the use of statistical packages (e.g. Stata, SAS).
  • Strong managerial experience, including demonstrated administrative and organisational skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical, critical appraisal and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong computer and data base skills including Ms.Word and Excel.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Report writing skills – fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Availability to travel internationally for extended periods of time (1-2 weeks).


4.Scientific Director Assistant
Qualification :

  • Postgraduate qualifications in public health or related discipline (pref. Master Degree).
  • Minimum 10 years of work experience in epidemiology research
  • Experience in quantitative data analysis, including the use of statistical packages (e.g. Stata, SAS).
  • Strong managerial experience, with administrative and organisational skills.
  • Strong analytical, critical appraisal and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong computer and database skills including Ms.Office skills (Word, Excel).
  • Good attention to detail and understand the importance of producing quality data.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Report writing skills – fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Availability to travel internationally for extended periods of time (1-2 weeks).
  • Willing to undergo the hiring and onboarding process during Eid al-Fitr period.
  • Can start working immediately.


5.Logistic Assistant
Qualification :

  • Bachelor's degree from any major.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Logistics Assistant.
  • Experience working in laboratory or research business.
  • Have knowledge about clinical research process.
  • Ability to handle and maneuver fragile stock with ease.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Ability to work well with others.
  • Knowledge of logistics systems.
  • Understanding of transportation limitations and regulations.
  • Understanding of transportation issues.
  • Knowledge of logistics subset (e.g. People working in ground transportation need to have understanding of trucking and rail shipments).
  • Physically fit and mobile.
  • Willing to undergo the hiring and onboarding process during Eid al-Fitr period.
  • Can start working immediately.


6.Coordinator of Reporting
Qualification :

  • Master's degree in data science, data analasis, statistics, mathematics, or related field.
  • 2 years of data analysis and report development experience.
  • Ability to organise, plan, and prioritise assignments within multiple projects, and perform difficult analytical tasks.
  • Can work with reporting packages (business objects, etc.) and databases (SQL, etc.)
  • Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analysing large datasets (Excel, SPSS, Stata, R, Python, etc.)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint.
  • Have high analytical skills, problem-solving skills and be very detail oriented.
  • Able to work with huge numbers of data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Indonesian and English.
  • Willing to undergo the hiring and onboarding process during Eid al-Fitr period.
  • Can start working immediately.


7.Lab Technician of Reporting
Qualification :

  • Bachelor's degree in data science, data analysis, statistics, mathematics or related field.

8.Procurement Assistant
Qualification :

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or other business-related discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in relevant procurement and planning experience in a manufacturing supply chain (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Relevant experience in the Life Science or Medical Device industry.
  • Knowledge of purchasing methods and procedures.
  • Knowledge of supplies and materials utilized in lab and office.
  • Physically fit and mobile.
  • Willing to undergo the hiring and onboarding process during Eid al-Fitr period.
  • Can start working immediately.


9.Human Resource Assistant
Qualification :

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Psychology, Management, or Law.
  • 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
  • Exposure to Labor Law, payroll practices and employment equity regulations.
  • Relevant experience in the Life Science or Medical Device industry.
  • Willing to undergo the hiring and onboarding process during Eid al-Fitr period.
  • Can start working immediately.


10.Head of Lab Operation Assistant
Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor degree in biology, chemistry, or other related degree concentration.
  • 5 years of working experience with 2 years of supervisory experience in a commercial laboratory setting.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holiday.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English both written and verbal.
  • Willing to undergo the hiring and onboarding process during Eid al-Fitr period.
  • Can start working immediately.


11.Sample Receptionist
Qualification :

  • Minimum Diploma Degree in health related major.
  • Previous reception or administration experience.
  • Preferably has previous experience of working in a laboratory or medical environment.
  • Accept shift and work overtime including evenings, weekends, and holiday.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Able to organize and prioritize workload.
  • Able and willing to take responsibility for regular updating of administrative procedures.
  • Understand and ensures compliance with sample Data Protection policy and Procedures.
  • Willing to work in laboratory setting and dangerous environment.
  • Willing to undergo the hiring and onboarding process during Eid al-Fitr period.
  • Can start working immediately.


 12.Nurse
Kualifikasi:

  • Melakukan screening pada pasien secara lengkap dan dapat melakukan kemampuan tenaga keperawatan secara efektif serta mendaftarkan pasien dengan respon klinis.
  • Kemampuan untuk mengumpulkan spesimen biologis (seperti darah dan nasal) menggunakan teknik koleksi spesimen biologi yang aman dan sesuai untuk pasien.
  • Kemampuan untuk mengumpulkan dan memproses sampel biologi secara tepat waktu dan mengikuti protokol yang telah ditentukan, menggunakan teknik aseptik yang sesuai dan standar biohazard terkini untuk menangani sampel biologi.
