Danone dahulunya berasal dari sebuah perusahaan kecil yang berdiri pada tahun 1915 di Barcelona (Spanyol). Awal mula berdiri, perusahaan ini memproduksi yogurt dengan nama awal Carasso. Kemudian setelah sepuluh tahun, pabrik pertama dibangun di Perancis. Selama perang dunia 2, si pemilik (Daniel) memindahkan perusahaannya ke Amerika Serikat tepatnya di New York. Tahun 1951, Daniel menjual bisnisnya di Amerika Serikat dan kemudian kemnali ke Paris untuk mengelola bisnis keluarganya. Tahun 1961, Danone melakukan merger dengan Gervis dan kemudian berubah nama menjadi Gervis Danone. Tahun 1976 kembali melakukan merger dengan BSN. Beberapa produk danone sering kita temui di beberapa supermarket atau toko-toko seperti Aqua, Vit, Levite, Mizone, Bebelac, Nutrilon Royal, SGM ,da dan banyak yang lainnya.

Management Trainee STAR (MT STAR) adalah program komprehensif selama 3 tahun untuk membina generasi penerus pemimpin masa depan Danone. MT STAR 2024
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s or master's degree with 0–3 years of meaningful sales experience in FMCG environment (Preferred)
- Proven leadership through experience in leading team
- Excellent working relationships, in-depth understanding of customer & market landscape
- Strong analytical skills, data driven, able to gather and synthesize data from multiple sources
- Strong adaptability with high mobility in field to manage dynamic working environment
- Demonstrate strong drive, assertiveness & resilient to achieve business outputs
- Willing to be placed across regions and districts in Indonesia
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree with 0-3 years of experience
- Preferable from Industrial Engineering, Finance, Management, or other relevant majors
- Having strong knowledge in Supply Chain/Logistics.
- Passionate in purchasing strategy
- Strong in project management and leadership
- Excellent in Microsoft Office
Qualification:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree with 0-3 years experience
- Preferably from Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Science or a related field (relevant HR certifications is a plus point)
- Proficiency in advanced Excel or Data Visualization tools
- Demonstrate a proactive attitude towards taking on responsibilities, willing to go above & beyond, and contributing ideas.
- Strong in critical thinking & has the ability to apply active listening & effective communication
- Excellent in writing, both written and verbal
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree from reputable university (MBA is a plus point)
- Has 0–3 years of meaningful marketing experience (involve in ATL/BTL touchpoints) in FMCG environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong and extensive project management and analytical skills and decision-making skills
- Consumer centric, good creativity
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (plus point)
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree with 0-3 years experience
- Understanding of project management techniques (stakeholder management, prioritization, time management)
- Understands writing effective project delivery documents (business, functional, non-functional requirements)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
- Full stack communicator, storytelling and visualization skill
- Preferably experienced in Agile SCRUM methodology
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree with 0-3 years of experience
- Having basic finance and accounting fundamental knowledge.
- Passionate working with data and numbers
- High enthusiast and curiosity with finance role in FMCG industries.
- Preferably having min. 3 months internship experience in finance related.
- Having organization experience and managing project will be an advantage
Qualification:
